Smaller Late 18th Century Swedish Baroque Cabinet

Smaller northern Swedish baroque cabinet from the late 18th century, 1770 to 1790. The cabinet has a straight shape and a single door with the original functional lock. Made in Swedish pine with old historic paint from the mid 1800s. This baroque cabinet is a lot of character in a slightly smaller format. It has a pronounced pediment and strong shape which contrasts nicely with the more organic surface where some of the wood grain shines trough. The light tones makes it easy to place and it effortlessly combines function with interior design elements. The trim around the bottom as well as the feet are more recent since the 1800s. The interior shelves are wood bare and has some traces and marks of use. Healthy and solid frame. The width and depth are measured at the pediment.
