Sebastian Herkner’s distinctively tall, skinny side table series pina is inspired by the abstract turns and twists of the famous Pina Bausch dance theatre. Each piece is created from transparent or coloured cast glass. Bubbles, streaks and other variations in size and colour are part of the production process, and not defects of the design or production. In 2006, pulpo was founded by Ursula and Patrick L’hoste as a design brand at the interface between shape and material. pulpo’s conception is to edit lighting, furniture and accessories on editor’s choice.
