The D33 collection is intended to enhance foam, a material so present in furniture, but always hidden. Abusing its main characteristic, absorption, the entire volume of the material undergoes an intense soaking of paint and acrylic resin, which after the drying process becomes rigid and allows us to use new ways. From the overlapping of layers, through cutouts of plates, shades in gradient were used, seeking to enhance its geometry and its striking texture.
Cultivado em Casa is a creative studio, founded in 2014. With a particular interest in experimenting with materials and concepts, it travels through different design practices, exploring the relationship between objects and the space that surrounds us.
