Cartier Diamond Head Panthere Ring

This is the first Cartier Diamond Panthere Head Ring ring I coveted as it is simple but packs a punch. There are 81 Diamonds totaling 0.75 carats.  Furthermore, the Panthere head has emerald eyes and Onyx nose. Also, the ring is fully hallmarked Cartier, 750 and has serial number.
I do not have papers for this piece but it does come in its original box.  Retails for $20,500.
